I launched a new website for a client last week AMADIKA it was built using wordpress and the help of some of these plugins.
wp-ecommerce – A plugin that provides a WordPress Shopping Cart.
wp-contact form – WP Contact Form is a drop in form for users to contact you. It can be implemented on a page or a post.
All in one SEO pack – Out-of-the-box SEO for your WordPress blog.
The project took 6 weeks (including the x-mas break) and was launched in sequence with a meeting the company owners had in America.

Without sounding like I am stating the obvious I assume that you are trying to teach us bloggers something with this post . So I will say what I have learned and APPLIED from reading this site and this post.
