looking for the perfect open source eCommerce?

You may not be but I am. I have used Curbcart V3 with great success, however being from Australia I had to add a few mods for GST etc. This wasn’t a problem at all but it would be nice to have it included. I have tested Zen Cart as well, didn’t really like it, UberCart is another one I tried, this is great as it has perfect intergration with Drupal CMS which is a great looking WEB 2.0 style content management system, one which I have used for a few clients.

I have just tried PrestaShop which is a great WEB 2.0 table-less designed shopping cart. I found this cart to be extremely hard to modify the themes. The CSS wasn’t the problem just the fact that that finding out where to add and remove and re-place the modules took too long, for me, if I can understand the way a eCommerce solution within 4 hours then I don’t want to waste anymore time.

Today I downloaded a shopping cart integration for WordPress, it is WEB2.0 style, table-less and…. well it is still uploading to the server, I will post again tonight when I have had a look at it. Stay tuned.
